Tri-Care Solutions has been established to support Tristan Young through direct employment of support workers who are experienced in Disability and Mental Health. 

Tristan Young

Tristan is a 38 year old man with a passion for Boxing, MMA, Wrestling and Football, and an encyclopedic memory for sports, particularly American sports, and an avid Collingwood football club member and supporter. Like most blokes, he loves going to the pub for a counter meal.

We are looking for Carers experienced in Disability and Mental Health to join a team to support Tristan. and his self-management model, enabling quality of life and the achievement of his personal goals.
